Why canít I see the hotels available to me at the destination I want to travel to?

Our Spectacular Destinations Program is based on contracts we have with booking agents for blocks of rooms at a pre-negotiated rate. These contracts start, expire, and renew at different times throughout the year. These booking agents only set aside a portion of the rooms for these types of contracts. So, the availability of the rooms is based on many factors that can change virtually moment to moment. Until we request an exact destination and travel date, we do not know what accommodations will be made available to you.

I don't see the destination/cruise that I want. Can I request a different one?

The destinations and cruises offered here on this web site are the only ones available at this time. However, destinations and cruises can be changed, added or deleted at any time based upon notice from our booking agents. Therefore, please check back often as we are always looking for new destinations, cruises and vacation packages to ad that will enhance our offerings.

What cruise lines are used?

We feature Carnival®, and Royal Caribbean® Cruise Lines for our Luxury Cruise Packages.

What types of ships are they?

The ships offered by the cruise lines are listed with the cruise package.

Are there any black out dates?

No, accommodations are based on availability.

When do I have to send payment for my reservation?

Payment is due to confirm your reservation.

Can my vacation date be extended beyond 1 year?

Yes. Based on circumstance, we would be happy to extend any vacation provided the allotments for the package you selected are still available. In some cases you may have to pay a small surcharge or be asked to attend a Luxury Resort Tour if the package program has changed.

When do my hotel/cruise documents arrive?

Your electronic documents and online check-in instructions will be emailed to you 6 - 8 weeks prior to your travel/cruise date.
